Where does this go?
1 Attachment(s)
I know it's part of the horn, but I have no idea where it goes and what it connects to! And it's actually not from my truck, it's from my 89 IROC but couldn't find anything about it elsewhere, and I assume GM used the same horn set up across it's model range in the 80's. I'd love to have an operable horn once again!
(I hope it's okay posting a non-truck question here) |
Re: Where does this go?
It goes under your horn cap, into the steering wheel hub.

Re: Where does this go?
Yep, Drop the pin in the small hole in the steering wheel. Then insert the spring end into the hole, The black plastic piece has ears on it to slide in and twist lock it in. Plug the wire into the back of your horn button then your good to go......

Re: Where does this go?
Above comments are true but depends on which horn cap and wheel you're using
