Score.... I think... well sorta

A friend of my wife's sister wrecked her 69 chevy c10. and her dad said I can have it for free. only the front clip is wrecked. so I can salvage most of the cab and the bed, which is what I really need. my truck is orange and this truck is green I will have the great pumpkin again. I had a 71 chevy in high school that was orange and I put a green bed on it. who says history doesn't repeat it self. the only problem is I am going to have a half wrecked truck sitting in my yard until I can strip the parts off that I need and can have it hauled away. If anybody needs anything from it that I might not think about stripping let me know. It has a 305 I think, that ran well before It was wrecked, but I don't know if it is toast or not. I'm going to pick it up as soon as I can afford to rent a car dolly to bring it home in ( I know it's only like $40 but I am poor).

JON-I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN SOME PARTS-HAVE TRAILER AND MAY BE ABLE TO HELP YOU-YOU HAVE NO E-MAIL-DO YOU HAVE A PHONE?

If it has a non-tilt automatic column I'd be interested in that right away! I'm also looking for a power steering pump, if it has power steering...easy drive from Seattle.

I could use some exhaust manifolds and maybe some other parts. I also have a trailer.

Thank's for the replys with help. I should actually be able to get the dolly this weekend or next. the only problem is I was told the front wheels won't roll, and I'm pretty sure it is parked in the driveway fron t facing the garage. so now I have to figure a way to get it facing the right way and then I have to figure out how to get it on the dolly. I was thinking jacking it up and putting the dolly under it? I'm not sure what condition alot of the stuff is in I haven't looked at it since before christmas. but anything I don't want Is up for grabs. I don't think it is power steering 69. I think I should be able to figure out how to get the exhaust manifolds off dan (as long as they were not damaged in the accident). thanks again for the offers of help
