Been lurking in the forum for a few weeks reading threads, saw the father /son Suburban build and the 4x4 crew cab build and had to join to subscribe. :metal:
I grew up in a resort with several of my Dads GMCs that were used for customer transportation. '60 shortbed step side '65 lwb '65 4x4 carryall '66 lwb '69 lwb '79 GMC 4x4 '80 chevy lwb '81 GMC And a few others. I have owned several '70s, '80s, and '90s GMCs Currently I have a '94 4x4 GMC burb and a '89 chevy lwb I just got that is decent, but a bit of an electrical basket case. My daily driver, when not those, is a '13 charger. I also have a '65 mercury shortbed truck that has been mine since I was 11yo, and a project truck since '95 or so (I keep changing direction on the plan) and a '66 Ford shortbed sitting on a LTD frame. Great stuff on this forum, glad to have found it. |
