Getting fuel but no spart

I bought a 89 GMC V3500 4x4 Dump truck. it has a TBI 350 throttle body. the truck hasn't ran in a few years but the guy gave me a good deal on it......Anyways when i got it I was not getting fuel to the tbi injectors. It would fire off either(getting spark) but nothing came outta injector. I replaced the fuel filter and also found that the switch for the dual tanks was bad so i put a jumper wire on it before i bought a switch. I can hear the pump running and its dumping gas in the tbi. But not im not getting a spark. i replaced the cap rotor and Ignition control module, I had the coil tested and it ran out fine. i also replaced the pickup coil in the distributor, I still have no spark but still getting fuel. I put a spark plug tester from the coil to the distributor and its getting some spark outta it. I am so confused when it comes to this stuff. I checked all my codes and everything seemed fine. I have power coming to the Coil in the 2 prong plug in(Pink and white wire) When i unplug the 4 prong plug at the Ignation Condrol moduel I have no power there either. Not to sure what to look for next, also i checked my fuses under the dash all seem fine Maybe a bad ECM? Any help would be appreciated thanks

I'll go ahead and be captain obvious and ask if you already double checked all the grounds you can find? If I'm not mistaken there are at least two and I think three grounds coming from the ECU.

Are both plugs hooked up on the back of the dizzy on the firewall side of the dizzy closer to drive side? They look like one plug from coil and ignition to the dizzy but in reality they are two and connect separately, one could be loose.
