What are the 67-72 fender differences?
 

I've got a '68 truck and have the hood and grille to swap over to a '70 front clip. What years used the same fenders, which were different? I was told I don't need to change the fenders to do the swap but they look different to me.

nope, don't change......in my opion '68 front is cleaner

The only different ones are '67 because there are no lights in them.

After a quick search of this site and lmc

I have found that 67 and 68 chevy fenders will enterchange 67 not having marker lights, 68-72 gmc are the same as 68 chevy fenders, and 69-72 chevy fenders have a different leading edge..
When going to or from 67-68 from or to 69-72 chevy you have to change the entire front clip including the core support.

If youre swapping to a 70 front end youll need 69-72 chevy fenders toaccept the grill shell and be sure to give me first dibs on your 68s :)
