trucks with muncie M21 or M22 4 speeds?
 
How many of you guys have Muncie 4 speeds in your trucks? Like M21 or M22? and what shifters do you use?

I'm told there's a shifter for trucks now. I have used the 55-57 Chevy bench seat shifters before. I need to get something for my '67. So curious,too

I wonder if you can run a one piece driveline or have to run a two piece driveline? with a m21?

I've got a Saginaw in mine with a Hurst Shifter.

Yes, You can run a one piece drive line.

Almost put one in mine, but there's still no overdrive - the Tremec 5 speed is the way to go.

I did 1pc driveshafts in the trucks with M20-22s I've had.

While those bench seat truck shifters from Hurst are nice, for about 100 bucks more you can use one of these.

Those look pretty cool. They locate the shifter much further forward than the Hurst. I wonder if they fit a low hump?

You'd need to measure your clearance and call them.
I see your shifter sits just right anyway.
You wouldn't gain anything.

Thanks, but I won't be changing anything, Just curious. I posted the picture so inquiring minds had some comparison.

My Dad has a Richmond T-10 in his 1970 C10 CST, and has the same Hurst shifter. Been that way since 1973.
