Porterbuilt 4 link questions

1 Attachment(s)
I've installed the bridge and notches. Getting ready to install the 4 link system . My first question and anyone tell me which length bolts are designated to go were in the system. I have 3 different bolts and not really sure where they go. Also where I thought they might go, they don't fit in the holes. 2nd question. Direction say to set the pinion at zero degrees. Kind of lost on this one two. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Attachment 1242838

Do the instructions say anything about what size bolt goes where? On the pinion you need a angle locator gauge its like 10 bucks at any hardware/home improvement store.Do you have the bolt in 4 link kit or the one you weld on the mounting points to the rear end?

Re: Porterbuilt 4 link questions

directions don't call out for the different bolts. And the axle part is weld in.

Re: Porterbuilt 4 link questions

Well I think I got all the bolts figured out. And going to just align pinion with current drive train and tack axle brackets for now. Then when I figure out which motor and transmission I'm going with will check angle then and weld in place.
