Large parts shipping options
 

I guess many of you here have faced a problem of having large parts shipped over to you? I thought that instead of trying to reinvent the wheel I will tap into the source of collective wisdom and ask you to share what good shipping options you have come across. I mean something like shipping a cab or a roof or a door across the US. Any tips?
