Plastic Clips for HeadLight Harness Attaching to Grill

Hi Everyone,
Working on my '65 C20 and have taken the bumpers and grill off to get powder coated.

While taking the grill off found the headlight wiring harness is attached to it with plastic clips. They were very brittle and broke as I was taking them off.

Does anyone have a source for the factory clips?

I have a bunch, these are the type where you lay the wire in them and wrap tape around them and push them into a hole. PM me for address.
