new to 90 models, have lowering questions!

Hey guys, a friend bought a reg cab 91 stepside on 22's. He wants me to drop it "as low as he xan go and still turn" lol.

Tires are 265/35/22.

Can yall help me out? 4/6? 5/7? Whats a good kit that wont break him? Shocks? I basically need it all lol. Thanks!

Ps he is providing me a pic and center of wheel to fender measurements also.

If the wheels tuck and you roll the fenders a 4/6 isn't much of a problem. You might end up rubbing the inner fenders with a big dip, but that's about it. A 5/7 and more is gonna depend on rim backspacing, and how much you want to turn.
