Best Prop Valve? Stock setup

Hey there,

I have a 1 year old prop valve from summitt racing (CPP) and after pulling it out of storage this year found it was leaking out of the valve where the rubber cover is (it is leaking from the little nipple there, not the plug above it or the threaded part around the nipple).

Anyways, I want to start driving sooner than later, and am hoping for advice on the best / most affordable valve? I want a good valve that still controls my dummy light, but nothing fancy in terms of chrome, and manual ajustability is not required.

PS -- I am in canada, but live close to the border -- so although a canadina company would be preferred, I am cool with shipping to 55605.

PS -- Anyone know why the valve would leak in this spot?
