88-99 Rear end in a 86?

Okay, So I was wondering how hard its going to be to put this 1999 GMC 2500hd 14 bolt under my 86, What all is different and what all will need to be done? I'm planning an axles flip to lower the truck too, so...

Thanks for any help!

88-98 rear is a slight bit wider, gonna have to remove and weld perches on for your application and youre going to need to run a conversion u-joint.

That shouldnt be any big deal as I want to flip the rear end anyways.

Okay, can I get one of these at any auto parts store, or do I have to get one made? Thanks
