need help on A/C 96 chevy k1500
 
I'm working on my 96 Chevy truck the A/C give me a lot of trouble I done so far new a/c pump ,new a/c line. Condenser. new A/C Orifice Tube in condenser, but the problem still there, when I change Freon 2 can 12oz .and 1can a/c oil,ac compressor run and stop every 2 second and inside it not cool can some one here tell me what wrong. I think it block in line some where, the high side way to high WHEN I CHANGE FREON..THANKS

There should not be a blockage in the lines if you flushed the system like you should have.

Did you change the accumulator?

yes I did with (4 season brand) my think the core under dash on passenger block some thing in there

Sorry maybe I didn't make myself clear.

You flush then entire system with solvent made for the job pushed by compressed air. Basically you do 2 points. One end of the condenser and look for the fluid and air to come out the other end.
The other point is one end of the evaporator and look for fluid and air to come out of the other end. All hoses that remain on the system get flushed at the same time you flush those 2 major components. In other words, you flush through the hoses to the condenser and through the hoses to the evaporator.

So I ask again, did you flush the system correctly?

thanks for give me great information ,but during my ac had problem I replace most new parts,but it still block some where in line same @ frist time it happen
