1959 organzier tray rack (in cab)
 

Ive seen a rack that sits on gas tank in cab and bolts to the back of cab behind the seat. Does anyone have one they want to share pics of?

Cab is only the outer skin at that place so bolting thru could be a problem, maybe it attached up to the bottom of the inner panel below the glass or sat on legs? When I had my tank there I just folded up an old wool army blanket on the tank and tossed big long stuff on it.

its a "utility tray gm #987493 sits on top of the gas tank very rare seems pretty easy to make though.

I know i had come across one in one of the vendors magazine's

Why am I not surprised that Orrie would not only know about such an obscure part but would also have ancient drawings of it and a How-To-Install document as well. Lol
