Reverse Light Help

Okay so i have a 66 GMC stespide and i moved the gas tank to under the bed. My truck has reverse lights in the fenders or had before i bought it. One was missing when i bought the bed. The easy solution would be to cut a hole in the bed but I don't want to do that (not because the truck is nice, but becuase i intend to haul everything under the sun with it). I have decided to move the gas filler neck to behind the reverse light on the drivers side (the idea is based on a 57 Chevy concept loosely).

Here is where my dilemma is. The way i want to do it requires a 3 1/2" Round RECESSED reverse light and i am having trouble finding anything that i think would be functional and not look like poop.
Any help would be appreciated.

I should mention also i am open to the idea of a combination light like this one.

But i am cheap and don't want to spend 100 bucks
