Long Steppers Unite!!!
3 Attachment(s)
Inspired by LSUMurse on this thread, I thought it was time to bring a little glory to the much maligned red-headed step child of the Chevy/GMC C/K-series family- The Longbed Stepside.
I've seen some awesome original and restored examples of the Long Stepper here on the forum in various threads. Not many were produced when compared to the other bed styles, and far fewer have survived the last 47 years. How about we bring the survivors all together before they get chopped down or rust away? So post 'em up right here, C10, C20, and, dare I say, C30 (if they exist) Long Steppers. I'll start with my 1967 C20 Small Window Longbed Stepside. The old boy is in rough shape, but I have high hopes on getting him back on the road. |
Re: Long Steppers Unite!!!
I'll take some pics of my 68 tomorrow and will follow this thread with interest.

I'm always glad to share the love for the redheaded step childs. One of these days I really need to get some better pic's of it though.(don't judge the dodge, it's not mine)
