HELP NEEDED...Compressors won't shut off

Hopefully the Accuair guys can chime in.

I have had my Accuair eLevel kit with rocker switch installed and operating fine for about two weeks. Today I start my truck and the compressor kicks on as usual, but then stays on. I look down at my rocker switch and it is not lit up. I shut off the truck and the compressor keep running like my relay is stuck "on". Hmmmm.....

I opened the hood and pulled the inline fuse, went to the relay and disconnected the 12V out wires that go to the compressors so I can trouble shoot, then put the inline fuse back in to make sure 12V is still getting to the relay.

Here is what I have checked so far...

1. Made sure I am getting switched 12V to the ignition port for the rocker switch - check

2. Checked battery voltage...well over 12V.

3. Check all fuses and grounds....check.

3. Check push connectors at the controller and valves....check

4. Metered the relay....12V constant power in is good, ground is good, but getting 8V at the yellow turn on wire without the key on, which I think is telling the relay to send 12V out to the compressors...WTF?

5. Disconnected the connector from the eLevel controller that contains the fused yellow and red wires (same set of wires that runs to the rocker switch and the relay), removed the 3A fuse from the yellow line and it meters out at 0V on either side of the fuse block.

6. Plugged that connector back in to the eLevel controller and metered the yellow wire without the fuse again. This time I get 8 volts on the side of the fuse block coming from the eLevel controller. Keep in mind this happens with the 12V ignition wire connected or disconnected.

SO...three questions...

1. Why is my eLevel controller sending a permanent 8V signal to the relay, which keeps my compressors running

2. Why is my rocker switch not working?

3. What else can I check?

check to see if you have a a bad pressure cut off switch

Awesome idea! How can I check it?

My thought would be to disconnect the wire going to the pressure switch and see if the 8V on the yellow wire goes away. If the 8V goes away, then I would guess the PS is bad.

I will also meter that wire to see if any voltage is being sent to the pressure switch from the controller. That should tell me that either the harness or the controller is bad.

Is there something else I need to check?

Not sure how to test but I would call Accuair on monday to see if they know of a way to test .
