Nice ride, I just wish they came with superchargers like the lightnings do.

Nice truck!. I thought the SS were only regular cabs.

Zumo 08-06-2003 05:31 PM

Nice truck. Good deal on the price. I couldn't get over the sticker price on that hting when they first came out.

68gmcjon 08-06-2003 05:48 PM

i like chevys rebate that if you own another chevy you get 1000 off of the sticker price.
Nice Ride man, looks like you can have some fun in it.

I had one of those follow me home from the beer store saturday,
i was in the yellow truck, and he was trying me, he would run up, and let off, etc, I ran off from him on the strait, when I turned on my road, we gave each other the thumbs up, sweet trucks, I just wish they could compete with the lightnings..
congrats, give it hell

gldevall 08-06-2003 06:20 PM

Lucky bastad!! It looks great. Now lower it and tweak it.

bigblock73 08-06-2003 07:18 PM

Awesome!! I like it! Can I ask how much the payments are on 0% financing (I assume 5 yrs)?

...Jeff

thanks for all the comments. I haven't taken it to the dragstrip yet. Car and driver took one down the 1/4 mile. I pay $450 a month but I also had $7000 down. Its $600 a month with nothing down.

The setup you see is the only option. You only get a auto tranny, 6.0L caddy motor, AWD and extended cab. The wheels are hella sweet. $32,000 for it is even sweeter, because the 41K price tag was just out there

boataddict26 08-06-2003 10:05 PM

That thing looks SWEET!! Now I know what I am saving for.

trixter99 08-06-2003 11:57 PM

A friend of mine has that exact truck but he put crome plated forged wheels on it it's awsome.

pissonNOS 08-07-2003 01:26 AM

you gotta remember tho that the lightning is super charged doesnt have the extra cab and isnt made out of good chevrolet metal so ya naturally its gonna be faster but for being what it is it stay up there good with the blue oval boys

lbbdoc 08-07-2003 02:03 AM
