V8 powered S-10's
Why is it hard to find a later model S-10 with a V8? Early ones are a dime a dozen...
I would like to find a later model with an LS motor in it. Anyone have one like that? |
Re: V8 powered S-10's
I'm not sure but I would bet it has something to do with the computers and electric dash gauges. I have a 92 that's already done but that's a early model. I have thought about selling it but then I drive it and change my mind.

I did a '93 S-10 with a 5.3L but have since sold it for pennies on the dollar.
Searching craigslist today in MN, I found a couple for you (see below). There was a nice LS2 S10 for sale last week but its no longer listed. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ws...589531916.html http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/an...590270947.html |

Re: V8 powered S-10's
I had a 99' with a 355 in it . This body style looks great and the bed openings will take a 29.5 slick if not 30"

Looks like you have a good candidate to V8. Im sure there are some build threads to look at here.
