Air Condition problems on -92 K2500.
Hi,was driving my -92 Cheyenne a hot day with AC on and suddenly we heard a sound under the dash like a big air leak.My wife on the passenger side could feel air suddenly blowing at the floor.
Was thinking that some hose or pipe broke and the sound was R134 leaking out.But i checked both R134 "valves" in the engine compartment and there was gas pressure in both. And when i push the AC button ( or defroster ) the compressor clutch engages but the compressor seems to be stuck Any ideas about this would be nice. /Glenn in Sweden. |
