Need some advice-Door Alignment

My doors will line up fairly nice but I'm a bit concerned that when I drive topless the body and frame will flex and chip the paint between the door and quarter panels. Is there some sort of spacer or shim to prevent this?

If so, where can I get them?

Thanks.

If the body is solid, and your rocker boxes are in-tact, I can't see that happening. At least it doesn't on mine?

Maybe if you are hardcore wheeling it, the twist could do it with the top off, but I don't see you being very concerned about the paint if that's the case. lol.

Your door latch mechanism will bind up pretty easily. But for the edge of your door to come in contact with the door jam, your doors would have to be misaligned and be wheeling pretty hard.

Agree with Wasted Income, if your rocker boxes are solid you shouldn't have that extreme of an issue. Check out the thread below for shims.

Check your body mounts and make sure they aren't allowing your tub to sag as well. Good luck with it.

Body mounts are all new.
