Champion Radiators - '86 K10

Was thinking of picking up a 4-row model radiator from Champion for my 86 K10 and noticed it( new radiator) has an integrated transmission cooler. I don't believe my current truck (a 4-speed manual) has this. Do I simply not hook it up if that's the case? I'm confused.

Correct. It shouldn't leak, and there is no fluid going through it.

I didn't think it would. But just wasn't sure. My first square so I'm learning EVERYTHING as I go. Thanks for your help!

make sure to plug it though, as pests like to make homes in them.

We build ours with a trans cooler at no charge when requested, but most manual trans customers ask for them to be made without the cooler (gives back a little more coolant space, and less stuff to plug). Here is the one we make:

Those look amazing, but I can't jump to that price unfortunately.

no problem, I completely understand. There are definitely cheaper overseas versions out there, and we hope to fill a void with a USA made version. if there is anything we can help with in the future, please let us know (even if you decide not to buy from us)
