New dude here, looking to replace my 4.3 with a 5.7 in my 1997 c1500 2 wd. Question is will the 4.3 motor mounts on the frame work with the 5.7? Thanks Have every thing else I need

You need mounts similar to these. The 4.3L has brackets mounting the engine further back in the engine compartment.

Thanks for the quick reply, Are those aftermarket? or new from a c1500 that came with a 5.7.

Those are poly inserts in the original motor mount shells that are painted with silver POR-15; so yes, aftermarket.
