My Rear Bumper Design on my Truck

On my 68 Chevy truck I am doing the rear blazer bumper with a flip down license plate. I wanted to do something unique with my rear bumper so I came up with design. This is just a drawing of what I'm problem going to do on my rear bumper. I want to mold in the chevy bowtie exhaust tips on each side of bumper.

I like people having their own ideas,but aren't the frame and brackets between the bolts?
