blazer chassi/ C-10 chassi?
 

In 20 yrs I've owned over a hundred 67/72 trucks, a few burbs and only 1 blazer. I've seen this topic on here before but past it off,
Is there a difference in the 2 chassis
I know a guy w a 4x4 blazer, my long time dream has been to build a 2wd blazer.
Next ? will the 1/2 ton truck suspension bolt up to the 4x4 blazer chassi?

So the answer to the question is?? Is there a difference in a blazer chassi verses a C/10 1/2 ton chassi swb ???

From what I understand you can bolt the front suspension up. The rear is shaped differently and will take more effort, although you can simply use the leaf spring suspension if you want.
I do believe Porterbuilt may have some experience with this swap and may have packages that will assist you depending on how deep you want to do.

Contact Livrat. He has done several and can probably give you more details. From what I have read it is not a simple task, as stuff does not just bolt in directly. Makes sense to me, otherwise I would think a lot more people would be doing it.

I only found two holes that lined up the rest I had to make. It took a lot of measuring and reading thru the forum and building up enough courage to do it. I dig up the pic that shows the holes I'm talking about. Thanks for the compliment also :)
