blazer chassi/ C-10 chassi?
In 20 yrs I've owned over a hundred 67/72 trucks, a few burbs and only 1 blazer. I've seen this topic on here before but past it off,
Is there a difference in the 2 chassis I know a guy w a 4x4 blazer, my long time dream has been to build a 2wd blazer. Next ? will the 1/2 ton truck suspension bolt up to the 4x4 blazer chassi? thanks Donnie |

From what I understand you can bolt the front suspension up. The rear is shaped differently and will take more effort, although you can simply use the leaf spring suspension if you want.
I do believe Porterbuilt may have some experience with this swap and may have packages that will assist you depending on how deep you want to do. |

Contact Livrat. He has done several and can probably give you more details. From what I have read it is not a simple task, as stuff does not just bolt in directly. Makes sense to me, otherwise I would think a lot more people would be doing it.

Re: blazer chassi/ C-10 chassi?
I only found two holes that lined up the rest I had to make. It took a lot of measuring and reading thru the forum and building up enough courage to do it. I dig up the pic that shows the holes I'm talking about. Thanks for the compliment also :)
