85 c10 flip kit?

Im looking to lower my truck on a budget. I already have a set of drop springs, I need to figure out the back. I couldn't get the rear bolts out of the factory leaf shackles to install my drop shackles. How can I make a flip kit and how do I install it?:uhmk:
