I bought the wrong drop spindles...can I ?

I have a 79 c10 swb 6cyl. I assumed I had 1" rotors when I really have 1.25. Can I just buy new 1" rotors without buying new calipers?

Everything as I will need 1" rotors and calipers....anything else?
