Re: should i do it or will i regret it
the 69 is all new but 2wd i really want to make it 4wd the blazers body is not to bad the interior sucks pretty bad but i like the 69 more so if i put them in a pot and stirred it up and made a 4wd 69 of course i would have to get a diff box or cut it but has anyone ever done this and if so is there a build on it i could see

Re: should i do it or will i regret it
If I was going to the work of putting the body on a different series chassis, I'd pick a lot nicer chassis. You'd be doing a lot of work to pick up 3 years of technical advances. I appreciate that you probably doing it because it's a truck you have on hand, but the time investment is so much that sometimes it's worth looking for better parts before you put a couple hundred hours of your time in to 'save money'.
Why not a totalled 2000 Tahoe or something? Keep the ABS and stabilitrak and brakes and suspension and put your old body on it. Again, I don't know if putting a '69 body on a 1973 is easier than putting it on a 2003. Go Stampeders! |

The wheelbase on the Blazer is shorter, so you either have to extend that frame or shorten your shortbed.

Re: should i do it or will i regret it
You'll regret ruining both.
