AC Delco 41-602 the same as R45TS?

Parts counter guy gave me AC Delco 41-602s, he had no idea what R45TS's were.

Are these interchangeable? Going into a 350...

The difference between the two plugs is obvious. Here is a picture of a R45TS:

Since the parts person did not know what the AC Delco R45TS is, perhaps he/she would benefit from our experience?
