Picture Wanted
 

Anybody have pictures of the seat hinge for an 81, bench seat? A few months ago we removed the bench seat in my son's '81 GMC shortbox for re-upholstery. When I picked it up from the guy, the seat back was not put together. Cool, it will fit in the Jeep easier. For the life of me I cannot figger out how it goes back.

I hate to dig up this old post, but silverbear, that is what I have with my bench seat, what is missing? I have the same issue as Mobilehomie. I actually do not have the bolt that attaches the back to the bottom.

Are you missing just the pivot bolt or do you need parts for the "lock" mechanism? I have a bench seat out in the barn that I can take more pictures of (later today) if you need them.
