67 292 Throttle Linkage

So my truck has ran before. I just rebuilt my single barrel carb. It does run after the fact of being rebuilt. I know that the return spring on my throttle linkage is not the right one. Would any of you happen to have any pics? For the life of my I can't seam to find any good pictures at the right angle to see what I need.

Sometimes you have to experiment with assorted springs from the HELP! rack at the auto parts store. When the slight touch of your boot gives an extra 250 RPM -- your spring is too weak, if you get a charlie horse maintaining 65 on the freeway, the spring is too strong. Somewhere in there is just right.
I'm afraid I changed out the stock Monojet for a 4 Bbl carb in 1978, and I can't remember how the OEM stuff was rigged.
Maybe some restoration expert will chime in. At some point I turned HotRodder to stay alive on the road, and I never looked back except thru a pair of West Coast Junior mirrors.
