80 door panels fit an 81+?

yes. Make sure you change the inside door handles too.

door shells are the same on pickups 77-87

however,

the door panel trim levels are 77-80 and 81-87

I would think they will fit, you may have a minor fabrication for fit such as the inner door handle.

I am in the process of putting my 80 door panels on a 81 door. Where i think I will have to change my 80 handle with the 81 handle.
