new member of the family
 

Well, we got a new addition yesterday evening. Here's big brother waiting...

And Bull meets his new little (?) sister, Turbo-Orions American Ground Pounder, also known as Nikki. She's a 15 week old Great Dane. A very welcome addition to our home, she's been fun so far!

Here she is after the new bandages for her ears. Only 2 more months of looking like a dork.

She needs some tennis balls on those bandages :) Cute puppy though. Remind me not to walk in your yard barefooted...;)

Hey funny guy, that's actually my neighbor's yard that's dirt, they just cut down a massive, nasty Bradford Pear that blocked all light below it. Notice the sawdust?

Good lookin' dogs Greg! My wife want a Great Dane too but we'll have to wait until our kids are a little bigger. They'd get knocked over left and right for sure! Although, it would be cool to put a saddle on one and let the kids ride aroudn on them! :D

cause Dave used them for "handles", until he realized how sharp the teeth were! :D

Great Danes and other breeds have their ears cropped/cut to give them a particular look. They are not born with the shape ears we are use to seeing.

Yeah, we had our three dobies cropped. Have you ever seen a doberman without cropped ears? Not very intimidating to say the least.

I was trying to hold it still for Greg since he is into that stuff....I kept telling him that dog would do more than lick teh peanut butter off his bunghole!!!! hahahaha
