A little help on a 4/6 drop please.

I received my CPP 4/6 drop kit a few days ago. I managed to get the flip kit installed over the last couple of days(in between work and 4 kids). This morning I started on the front. Everything was going well until I tried to re-install my rotor. The spindle diameter is larger than my old one. After some searching I found most manufacturers list 2 kits for different brakes. I wasn't asked about brakes during my order(phone order) process. After the 3 week wait and lack of communication from the vendor during this order I was hoping to avoid returning the spindles. Can I simply but the new rotors/bearings that match these spindles? Will my current calipers work or will those need to be replaced as well. If you have run into this and can offer advice it would be greatly appreciated.

There are 2 choices when it comes to 73-87 spindles.
1" wide rotors or 1-1/4" wide rotors.
EVERYTHING has to match the version you have.
Rotor, caliper, spindle, and bearings.
Sounds like your truck had the opposite of what CPP sent you.

I'm guessing your truck had the Light duty 1" rotors.

There is 1.25 "heavy duty" rotors, and 1" standard rotors. Sounds like ya have big n need small. Idk about the calipers but that is all i know.

I think I will just buy new rotors and calipers rather than send these back. They are pretty old and it wouldn't hurt any way.

Went and picked up new rotors, bearings and calipers. Now front brake lines don't work with the calipers. Go figure?? I'm pretty sure that the steering wheel will need to be replaced by the time this is over.
