Difference in dash:

Can somebody please explain to me, I have been confused for awhile now the difference between a 1. Dash Pad and 2. The molded plastic dash cover, thanks!

The plastic dash cover just glues onto your existing dash pad.

So the dash pad is pretty much a new dashboard that slaps in, screws down, and good to go?
