Those are 1949 Plymouth bumpers. Those were used on a lot of customs back in the day.

Is that your truck or one that you're looking to buy? Based upon the pics in the ribbon below it looks pretty cool and would love to know the details.

One of the very few "other" bumpers that look good on these trucks and even compliment the grill somewhat. They were a one year only thing too and that makes them harder to find.
