2001 Work truck seats

Hello everyone, this past Saturday I just picked up a 2001 Silverado work truck. It has the cloth 40/20/40 seat, I was thinking of maybe finding a stock center console from a Silverado. My question is if I remove the center buddy seat would the mounting studs/bolts be the same mounting dimensions as the stock center console? Thank you for any and all information.

The stock center console will bolt right into the existing mounting points.
