Front air shocks 1998 Chevy dually

Looking for front air shocks, it's lowered 5/7.

I just need to be able to lift the front a couple inches every once in awhile, any other ideas? I've searched for air shocks and couldn't find anything.

You may be able to shop by size and the way they mount. I would start with Monroe Max Air or Gabriel HiJackers.
