bed rails
I just picked up a set of bed rails for my short bed . does any body know of a place that could rechrome the end pieces , they are pitted . thanks

I talked to Paul's Chrome about getting some plated last year and it's expensive. They estimated around 80.00 for each piece which is 320.00 but that's show quality plating. Could be a little more or less. They couldn't give a definite price without seeing them.
The ends are made of pot metal and hard to work with. I ended up getting bed rails from a seller on ebay for 195.00. Here is a set you may want to keep an eye on. They look like they have decent looking ends. |

Check them out. They really do show quality job. No, I am not a family member etc. just a happy customer. Chrome plating is expensive. Give them a call. |
