Front yoke question

As you can see in my sig, I've got a '57 3100 sitting on an 88 k5 frame. I've a question about the front axle yoke. 10 years ago when I tore the Frame down for paint I had two of the u joint strap bolts break off in the yoke. Now that I'm finally getting back around to it I'd like to put the front drive shaft in. Can any one tell me the size/pitch of those bolts so I can get a drill and tap? It's a 10 bolt axle. I realize there's a blazer sub forum but I figure the yokes are likely the same between all the 10 bolt axles in all the trucks.

Kinda unrelated but... I used whatever size 7/16
Head bolts are and just nut n bolted em. I cannot for the life of me think of the size... Mine was on the rear t-case output but will be similar.

Thanks for that. I had thought of that and am by no means opposed. My only thought was durability but if your running the rear like that it should be cake for the front.

I have since swapped out yokes for bigger ones, but it held up for a few clutch dumps turnin 39's

Good to know... Eventually it's gonna get a 60 so this just needs to stay together for the time being.

I wasnthe same way, but with a new yoke. Side note, if it makes a difference i did put the bolt head sticking toward t-case, in your case the t-case
Too so the threads face the axle.
