need head gasket help

My 89 chevy suburban 350 engine needs a head gasket replacement. It started burning a lot of oil right before it happened, and now my oil looks like a milkshake and it'll burn through all its coolant in a matter of minutes.

This isn't something I can do myself, and I know it's a bit of work but I don't have much money to spend on it either. Realistically speaking, how much could I get an independent contractor, mobile mechanic, or someone who knows what they're doing that doesn't charge an arm and a leg, to replace the head gaskets? Know anybody? - I'm in the Austin, TX area.

If I can't fix it, does anyone know what I could sell the vehicle for in its current condition? Before the head gasket(s) blew, this was my daily driver for 2 years and it's in pretty good condition. Great body, paint, tires, rims, AC and heat in the front, 3rd seat...

Thanks,
Mike
