so it begins.... 04 6.0l/4l80 swap in my 69 lwb :)
 

found a 04 silverado 2500 2wd being parted out (was smashed on the passenger side of cab and bed) about 25 minutes away......scored the whole setup for $1k. complete motor and trans (minus etc) with all accessories, harness, ecm, fuse panel, pedal. fluids look pretty good, and the everything else looked visually OK. put a deposit on it yesterday and will pickup and pay off once its pulled and ready :) so excited! already have some DD conversion mounts otw, so now i need 73+ mounts and towers. :devil:
