1992 Chevy truck decals
 

Hey guys, in the last few months i bought a 1992 Chevy rcsb and i can see traces of "Heartbeat" decals that use to be on the sides of the bed. I was wondering if those were put on after the fact or was this some type of factory/dealer option? I figured they were added by someone, but if they are factory i may want to have them recreated after paint and body work. Thanks.
