low hump Trans cover and turbo 350 question?

So the previous owner removed the Trans cover and put fiberglass over it. I have a line on a low hump transmission cover. Just curious if the low hump can be put back in and still clear the turbo 350?

I have a low hump over my TH350 with a B&M cable shifter on the floor and have no clearance issues.
