What year truck is this dash bezel from?
1 Attachment(s)
I found this bezel and cluster for sale and was trying to find out what year truck it was from as I can't seem to find another pic of one with the lower hole under the wiper switch like on this dash. Does anyone know what year its from and what the hole is for?

You can tell it's from a big truck because of the steering column cutout. A pickup is cut out higher. (up to the second line) LockDoc |

Thank you. I'm surprised it doesnt have a vaccuum gauge being from a 50/60 series truck.

Re: What year truck is this dash bezel from?
My GMC 5500 didn't have a vacuum gauge. The printed circuit should be dated. Save the bezel, that are not reproduced. Someone may want it.

If you take the oil pressure gauge out and look at the face you might have a 80lb gauge instead of a 60lb gauge.

The higher pressure ability gauge is geat when you have a HP oil pump.
Everything else in on the money. Not all med duty trucks had the Z72 vacuum gauge warning package option. There should be a P/N on the bezel too. One point to note is if your pickup truck had the optional K31 Manual Throttle it would be in the right lower hole. |

Greg,
To add to the above information that is a 1969-1972 Cluster you have there. I have a template to replicate that "throttle" hole if you were to want a bezel with one added. It is a 1 inch hole and I recommend a forstner bit to make the hole. |
