Re: GMC Eyebrow Question
would love to help but am a little stumped,I didn't know our trucks came with anything called an " eyebrow " Is there any way you can put a picture up for us of what your talking about? or perhaps describe the part a little differently with its location?

Re: GMC Eyebrow Question
Easy pacheesy. Reach your hand back in there and you should feel the speed nuts, 7/16" if I remember correctly. Should be 3 or 4 I think. No need to pull the fender or inner fender.

My trucks a 68 GMC, I found a picture of my friend Marks 68 Chevy versus my 68 GMC to clearly show Eyebrow, No Eyebrow trim comparison. My GMC (bottom shot) there's chrome trim around the entire grill opening, that's what's often referred to as "Eyebrow Trim".

Re: GMC Eyebrow Question
Eyebrows are the small trim that attaches to leading edge of the fender. Some early 67-68 GMC did not have them. ....:metal:
Thanks for the info on installing them guy's I thought you needed to pull the fender off to get at the nuts . |
