Exhaust Flange studs obsulete ?

84 K30 CC 454
Having problems finding a 3 set of flange bolts that bolt the heat riser to the 2.5 inch pipe. Passenger side.
Have been to 3 parts stores and not one of them have see such a stud.
Called Summit Racing and they said that they "do NOT" carry the right studs anymore, " Hope you can find a parts sore in your area and blow the dust off the box."
Does somebody know of an updated part number that will replace these?

Any auto parts store in the Help! section. For some reason they can't look up Help! parts sometimes. They have a few different types. This is the kind I used.

Kqql, The last one in the pic you sent looks like the correct one. will have to order that in and see what happens.

Sean, have tried those studs that you have pictured. There is no shoulder on the stud to support the vacuum operated choke/carb (heater). With every bump in the road it will work its self loose and have leaks. Since the heater mounts to the manifold without a gasket on a machined surface, I want to keep it tight. Have seen a couple different types at the stores and those have a hex nut in the middle of them and there is no tolerance for that to bolt up. But I do like the brass nuts.

I've purchased the type you want also, they're like eight bucks apiece. Spring, stud and nut. I just showed the ones I had on hand.

The ones in there now are 30 years now, think (hope) a new set will last another 30.

I called Summit, the person on the other end of the phone told me there are no right studs in their warehouse and don't know when they are to be stocked. But they do have the drivers side (Left)

All repaired, Napa store had 2 left, my one all fixed. Dorman 625-209. Stopped by the local chevy dealer. Parts department said that they are a discontinued item. So as it looks in the Tacoma area.
Autozone -- can't get them
Oreilly -- week out
Chevy -- discontinued item
Baxter -- don't carry that item
Napa -- have 51 in Seattle warehouse
