Changed some basic parts, now i need help.

Well, I woke up and decided to change the sparkplugs, plug wires, and cap and rotor on my 85K20 with a 350 vin code "M". pretty basic stuff right? So I just pulled off and very carefully disassembled all of the old parts and replaced them with the new ones. I removed the wires and didn't pay attention to them, figuring I would just get on this forum and get a sparkplug wiring diagram. So, that's exactly what I did. I reassembled everything, 3 times!!! Now I have a truck that wont idle, and runs like crap. It's like I ruined it. It wasn't running bad before, but I needed something to do today, so yesterday I stopped by NAPA and got all premium parts. It didn't want to start and acted like the battery was dead. Then all of the sudden VROOOM!!.. Then if I didn't put my foot into the gas, it wont stay running. Its acting like the starter is drawing a lot, and then it acts normal. Should I put the old parts back on? The plugs were getting there. needing to be replaced.

Anny suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Find a process for getting tdc on #1 cylinder somewhere online once you get that put your plug wires back on the cap in the proper firing order and you will be good to go.

TDC on #1 is easy to find. Just make sure #3 intake valve is open.
