Just thought I would add this since I just did it to my daughters truck.

2000 S-10 extended cab:

Neither electric mirror on the truck would work at all. I checked it with a test light and had power to the orange wire into the switch.

I took the switch out and took it a part. I cleaned the contacts with a small piece of scotchbrite and on the mirror select switch I bent the little contacts up good so they would make good connection. Put it back together and both mirrors have full operation again. Just thought some of you may want this tid bit before buying new switches. :chevy:
