Dually axle swap and tire swap

I have a 79 k20 and I wanna make it a dual rear wheel truck what do I need to do to change that over also I have 4.10 gears with a Manuel trans would that work just fine with 35 inch tires or is it going to kill my performance it has a 350 with a small cam

A dana 60 front from a drw truck a drw truck rear end and it has to be from a pickup the cab and chassis trucks the rear end is too narrow.And the drw bed needs to swap on also.Honestly i would just look for a k30 drw and buy it.
